INFODESA.ID-JAKARTA, Keluarnya Surat Menteri Dalam Negeri untuk yang Ke-3 No.140\/8120\/59, Tanggal 19 Agustus 2019 Hal: Perioritas Pelaksanaan Bimtek Khusus Percepatan Penataan Kewenangan Desa, Drs.Sautma Sihombing, M.Si, Kepala Sub Direktorat Fasilitasi Penataan Kewenangan Desa , tidak henti-hentinya mengingatkan kepada tim “Percepatan Kewenangan” untuk terus menyampaikan ke Daerah pentingnya Perdes Kewenangan, ditemui di Jakarta (28\/8\/2019).<\/p>\n

Disampaikannya pada poin Prioritas Penggunaan Dana Desa angka 1 dan 2, dalam surat Menteri Dalam Negeri yang di tandatangani Bpk. Cahyo Kumolo, itulah Acuan Utama, mengapa Penetapan Perdes Kewenangan Desa itu WAJIB ADA. Tegas Sautma Sihombing.<\/p>\n

Bimtek Khusus diselenggarakan untuk MEMPERCEPAT Penyusunan rancangan Perbup dan rancangan ” Perdes Kewenangan” Kalau kewenangan desa tidak ditetapkan dulu, maka penggunaan dana desa menyimpang dari dasar hukum yg sudah ditetapkan berdasarkan peraturan perundangan undangan, Tegas Sautma Sihombing kembali.<\/p>\n

Sehubungan surat ke – 3 dari yang di tandangani Pak Mentari, Disampaikan dengan hormat kepada seluruh Dinas PMD, (Dinas Teknis) yang belum merampungkan Runperbub\/Runperdes Kewenangan segera menetapkan jadwal waktu pelaksanaan, dan silakan berkonsultasi dengan kami di Bina Pemdes Kemendagri Jalan Pasar Minggu, Ajak Sautma Sihombing.<\/p>\n

Kurang apalagi ungkap Sautma, Surat Kami jelas bahkan Dirjen Bina Pemdes juga telah menyurat hal Acuan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Bimbingan Teknis Penataan Kewenangan Kabupaten\/Kota dan Desa dan telah menyampaikan ke Seluruh Bupati. Juga mengeluarkan Surat Hal Perioritas Pelaksanaan Bimbingan Teknis Khusus Percepatan Penataan Kewenangan Kabupaten\/Kota dan Desa, Jelas kata Sautma Sihombing.<\/p>\n

Mengingat Pelaksanaan Bimtek Khusus Percepatan Penataan Kewenangan Desa. Sebagai program Perioritas Nasional, Perdes kewenangan harus diselesaikan sebagai syarat evaluasi APBDes 2020, Sesuai Permendagri No.20\/2018, tentang PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA dan Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah (APIP) menempatkan Perdes Kewenangan juga sebagai evaluasi, pemantauan, dan pengawasan.
