Presiden Joko Widodo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

INFODESA.ID-BREBES-Kunjungan kerja Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) di Desa Larangan, Kecamatan Larangan, Brebes, Jawa Tengah, kemarin hari Senin (11\/4\/2016) antara lain meluncurkan program Sertifikasi Hak Atas Tanah (SHAT).<\/p>\n

Hal paling mendasar dalam memberikan kesempatan bekerja\/berusaha yang layak bagi petani, peternak, dan nelayan adalah memiliki aset berupa tanah. Karena itu sertifikasi hak atas tanah (SHAT) menjadi siklus pertama.<\/p>\n

SHAT dimaksudkan untuk pertama, memberikan kekuatan hukum atas kepemilikan hak atas tanah. Kedua, memfasilitasi penyediaan aset yang dapat digunakan sebagai jaminan untuk memperoleh modal usaha.<\/p>\n

Ketiga,\u00a0meningkatkan kepastian keberlangsungan usaha penerimaan manfaat.<\/p>\n

Sementara tujuan SHAT adalah, pertama, memberikan kepastian\/status hukum atas kekayaan (aset) milik masyarakat para peserta program. Kedua, memberikan jaminan para peserta program untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan sosial dan ekonomi yang layak, permanen, dan sehat.<\/p>\n

Ketiga, meningkatkan kepastian usaha peserta program melalui\u00a0 kepemilikan aset berupa tanah yang dapat digunakan sebagai agunan untuk mengakses sumber-sumber permodalan.<\/p>\n

Turut mendampingi Presiden dan Ibu Iriana dalam kunjungan ke Brebes, Menteri Sekretaris Negara Pratikno dan Sekretaris Kabinet Pramono Anung. Presiden dan rombongan menggunakan Helikopter Super Puma TNI AU dari Pangkalan TNI AU Atang Sandjaja, Kabupaten Bogor. Sore harinya, langsung kembali ke istana negara. (rill-prass)<\/p>\n
