Luas tanah tanaman yang dipanen seluas 800 m2. Mereka dibayar sesuai dengan kesepakatan bersama yaitu setiap 1 Bois(keranjang) yang dipetik mereka mendapatkan 1 Bois(Keranjang) di berikan pada saat kebun yang ikut Gotong royong memanen Kebunnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/infodesa.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/gotong-royong.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2442\" src=\"http:\/\/infodesa.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/gotong-royong.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infodesa.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/gotong-royong.jpg 600w, https:\/\/infodesa.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/gotong-royong-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a>Bila dilihat dari hasil panen tidak mencukupi, Kecil memang jika dibandingkan dengan keringat yang mereka keluarkan namum hal ini mereka lakukan bukan semata-mata untuk mendapatkan uang namun sebagai bentuk gotong royong dan solidaritas antar warga. &#8220;Ini dilakukan bukan untuk mencari uang semata namun juga sebagai bentuk solidaritas dan gotong royong&#8221; Ujar Salah satu warga Sub Desa Sasampean Ibu Basma (55).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kegiatan panen Kelompok di pimpin oleh anggota BPD Sub Desa Sasampean Bapak Rahman, ungkapnya Semua yang terlibat punya lahan dan bila dari pagi sampai sore hari bisa mendapatkan 5 Bois(keranjang). Sistem pengembalian bila saya mendapat 5 Bois(keranjang) saya bayar ke pemilik kebun yang di panen saat ini, saya harus mengembalikannya 5 Bois, dan saat ini anggota Kelompok yang ikut gotong royong sekitar 40 Warga, dan bibit usaha masing masing, atau dibeli sendiri, Sub Desa Sasampean berjarak 16 Km dari Kota Salakan Ibu Kota Banggai Kepulauan. Ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ditengah derasnya arus modernisasi yang cenderung membuat orang bersifat individualis budaya seperti ini tetap terus mereka pertahankan dengan cara setaip kali ada warga yang hendak panen mereka lakukan dengan bergotong royong.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebuah tradisi yang menarik dan patut dilestarikan serta dicontoh guna meningkatkan rasa kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan diantara warga.
